How Harlem Village Academies students spend our hours at home.

Homework completed, with my absolute best effort

Organize:

My homework is completed with my best effort, and moved to the left side of my homework folder, organized in class order.
My planner and any school letters/forms are signed by my parent/guardian, or I have placed in our designated spot to be signed.
I have 6 sharpened pencils in my pencil case, and blank college-ruled and graph paper in the back of each binder.
My binders and homework folder are super-neat and organized.
My backpack is packed up and ready to go.

Unwind with checkers, cards, drawing or other fun activity (no t.v. or video games)

Read 30-60 minutes or more each and every night

Sleep 9 hours per night
