HVA is a community of extraordinary people who are passionately dedicated to progressive education. If you know someone you think would be a good fit for our team, please let us know by completing the form below. If we hire the person you recommend, you will earn a $1500 Referral Bonus.

Referral form

  • The Rules
    • After your referral has been working at HVA for three months, we will send you a $1,500 check. The payment is subject to income taxes and requires submission of a completed IRS W-9 form.
    • Your referral must not have already applied to HVA.
    • You must submit the provided form, having completed all required fields, to be eligible for a Referral Bonus.
    • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of referral to be eligible for a Referral Bonus.
    • All HVA and non-HVA staff are eligible to receive the Referral Bonus except for HVA leadership and recruiting teams and their immediate families.
    • Candidates may not refer themselves to receive a Referral Bonus.
    • Referrals must be hired for full-time positions for you to be eligible for the Referral Bonus.
    • If more than one person refers a candidate to HVA, any Referral Bonus will be awarded to the first-in-time referral, as indicated by date/time of form submission.
    • There is no limit to the number of Referral Bonuses that an individual may receive under this program.
    • Referrals you submit will be considered eligible for the Referral Bonus for up to one year after the submission date. After that, you will need to resubmit the referral in order to become eligible again.
    • The Referral Bonus Program is intended to connect us with people we would not otherwise have found by making the first introduction. We review each referral form submitted and reserve the right to let you know if we have already been connected to your referral, thereby making you ineligible for the Referral Bonus.
